January 19, 2014 - Dedicated Servers Maintenance in Toronto

COMPLETED Jan 20, 6:00AM EST: The maintenance is complete! We have verified the sites of all the affected customers but if you are experiencing any issue with your dedicated server or sites please open an Urgent ticket and we will investigate right away. Thanks!

UPDATE Jan 20, 04:30AM EST: The part of the maintenance where downtimes were expected has been completed. Customers affected have been contacted already. If you are experiencing any issue with your server or applications please contact us ASAP. We will continue working in the datacenter for a few more hours but no downtime is expected from now on.

UPDATE Jan 20, 03:00AM EST: Maintenace is progressing as expected. No downtime yet, but the servers should be restarted during the next hour. We will continue updating this post during the maintenance.

Please be advised of the following scheduled maintenance window for our Peer1 Toronto facility:

Start Time: January 19, 2014, 11:30PM EST

End Time: January 20, 2014, 04:00AM EST

A restart in some of the dedicated servers will be required during this maintenance. We have already contacted all affected customers and will follow up with them after the maintenance to make sure everything is working properly. We don’t expect more than 15 minutes of total downtime.
