Host downtime

UPDATE 1:45PM EST: We continue moving nodes away and some other have been started. The server is stable so far but we won’t stop until we move all the nodes to new hosts. There are no production nodes down at this moment but if you are having any issue with your nodes please do not hesitate to contact us.

UPDATE 11:05AM EST: We have already moved out a few nodes and have started others to minimize the downtimes. Some nodes remain down. Please contact us if one of your production nodes is down.

UPDATE 10:40AM EST: We had to restart the server again and the RAID array is been rebuilt. We have started the move of the first nodes to new hosts and have been starting a few nodes as well. If your site is down please open a ticket and we will take care of it ASAP.

Shortly after 3AM EST one of our hosts had a RAID Array failure that caused downtimes during the night for the customers hosted in this server. We had to restart the server and worked all night to start the nodes of all the affected customers. By 7AM EST all the nodes were back UP.

Around 9:35AM EST the server has been performing poorly and it’s causing downtimes on some nodes. We are going to start moving affected customers to new hosts right away. We will contact each customer directly to coordinate the move and minimize the inconveniences.
