VPS host down

CLOSED 6:20PM EST: The cause of these issues were a higher than normal disk IO in multiple simultaneous nodes. We are going to start the move of some of these nodes to new physical hosts to make sure the same problem doesn’t occur in this host. This host also has an older architecture and will be discontinued within 6 months, all nodes will be moved to our newer hosts that work much better under heavy disk IO loads. Again our apologies for the inconveniences, if you have any question do not hesitate to contact us.

UPDATE 5:25PM EST: Server is back to normal and a restart was not required. All affected nodes are now working properly. We continue investigating the causes of this issue to make sure it doesn’t repeat. We are going to post another update within 1 hour.

4:55PM EST - We are investigating a failure in one of our VPS physical hosts and might have to restart this server. This is causing intermittent downtimes in several VPS hosted in this server. We apologize for the inconveniences and will publish an update within 30 minutes.
