EdgeCast Notice regarding hurricane Sandy

Please read below the notice sent by EdgeCast, our CDN service provider, regarding Hurricane Sandy:

EdgeCast Networks is on high alert as we closely monitor the path of Hurricane Sandy, which is tracking up the eastern seaboard. Hurricane Sandy is expected to make landfall in the East Coast of the United States.

EdgeCast Networks has activated our emergency preparedness check list to help keep our employees safe, our facilities secure, and our communications consistent.  We have assurances from our network providers and data-centers that generator fuel tanks and make-up water tanks (HVAC) have been topped off and each center has multiple days of fuel on site. If building goes to emergency generators, provisions for the delivery of additional fuel have been made.

Additionally, our customer facing network operations teams are diligently responding to customer questions and alert notifications.  Information regarding the status of EdgeCast sites will be available on our portal at:
