VPS host down

UPDATE 12:18AM EST: All services are now up. If your site is still down please contact us to double check.

UPDATE 11:53AM EST: More servers are coming up, we have about 60% of the affected nodes back up.

UPDATE 10:53AM EST: The first nodes are coming back up. We will continue bringing the affected services up during the next hour or two. Affected customers will be contacted to move their nodes to a new physical host since at this moment we can’t guarantee this host won’t fail again during the next hours.

UPDATE 10:35AM EST: Apologies for the delay updating the status. We have the server UP and we estimate no more than 1 hour to get most of the VPS up. We will keep the updates every 15-20 minutes from now on.

UPDATE 8:35AM EST: Still working to get affected servers up. No ETA yet but we are getting closer.

UPDATE 7:47AM EST: Our team continues working on this issue. Unfortunately we can’t provide a good ETA at this moment. We are doing our best to restore service to affected customers as soon as possible.

We have one of our VPS hosts down at this moment. Our team is working to bring this server UP as soon as possible but we estimate it might take about 1 hour since we will have to restart the host and run a fsck.
