Notice: Emergency Maintenance in our Shared Hosting

CLOSED: The maintenance on our shared servers have been completed. If you have any issue deploying your shared hosting application please contact us to investigate that specific issue.

UPDATE Jan 25, 2012: At this moment 90% of the shared accounts have been moved to new servers. We are working hard to complete the maintenance within the next 24 hours. Access to the deploy control panel and databases is still limited. Please contact us if you have any question.

Due to an undergoing issue with our shared DB servers in our Canix facility we have been forced to limit access to these servers. Shared applications should continue running without issues but will be moved to our new facility during the next 24 to 48 hours, therefore, access to the deploy control panel has been also limited to make sure there are no new deployments during this maintenance.

Customers hosting their DNS in a third party service and using A Records to point their host names to our servers should lower the TTL of the records. Customers using CNAMEs are fine, no change on their side will be required.

We will post periodic updates and will confirm as soon as all the services are restored.

Individual customers will be also contacted to assist them with the required DNS updates.
