Network issues in Canix datacenter

CLOSED 11:35AM EST: Our network provider has confirmed that the attack to their network that caused these issues has been resolved. We apologize for the inconveniences of these intermittent downtimes. Please contact us to schedule the move of your server to our new datacenter and increase the RAM by a 25%.

11:26AM EST: We have not detected any issue in the last 20 minutes.

10:54AM EST: We are still having intermittent downtimes. Our network provider just let us know the cause of this issue is a DoS attack and they are still working to mitigate it.

10:41AM EST: Network seems to be back to normal now. We are still waiting for details from our network provider.

NOTE: Please note all our servers are UP and this is not an issue with our network equipment. This issue is out of our network boundaries and we are working with our network provider to get it solved ASAP. Unfortunately there is not much we can do and we feel responsible for this.

All our customers will be moved to our new datacenter within the next 3 months. If you want to speed up the move of your server please contact us. We will be also announcing a 25% memory increase in all our VPS plans starting July 5th, but this upgrade will be only available in our new datacenter, as soon as servers get moved the memory will be upgraded as well.

Again our apologies for the inconveniences.

10:30AM EST: We are still investigating this issue with our network provider in this datacenter. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences. This issue is forcing us to speed up the move of all our customers to our new datacenter at Peer1 Montreal, which has had a 100% uptime since last August when we opened it up.

9:56AM EST: We are experiencing intermitent network issues in our Canix datacenter. We are investigating this issue at this moment.
