Packet loss in Canix facility

CLOSED 7:34PM EST: Network performance is back to normal at this moment.

We have been experiencing intermittent packet loss in our Canix facility since 6:25PM EST. We are working with the Datacenter engineers to get this issue fixed ASAP.
