Packet loss in Canix facility

CLOSED 8:59AM EST The network has been working without issues for a while, we will consider this issue closed but will continue closely monitoring the network to make sure there are no other issues.

7:29AM EST Datacenter engineers are still working to mitigate this attack. Packet loss is low at this moment but this issue is still not fixed.

6:41AM EST Datacenter engineers has confirmed the packet loss is due a DoS, they have been working hard to mitigate this attack but it’s taking longer than planned. At this moment the packet loss ratio is very small.

5:08AM EST We have detected high packet loss in our Canix’s network provider that is affecting our service in this facility, we are investigating this issue.
