Downtime in Canix facility

CLOSED 2:22AM EST Datacenter engineers confirmed the cause of this issue was a DoS attack. The attack has been mitigated at this moment and the network is back to normal.

2:02AM EST The problem is not fixed yet, the packet loss is lower but this issue hasn’t been fixed yet.

1:59AM EST The network seems to be back to normal at this moment. We are waiting for details of the datacenter engineers and will share the details as soon as we receive them.

1:24AM EST We are investigating high packet loss in our Canix’s network provider that is affecting our service in this facility.
