Downtime in Canix facility

5:22 PM EST - Our network is back up. We are investigating what caused this glitch and will post an update as soon as we have more details. Thanks again for your patience.

5:18 PM EST - Onsite engineers are investigating the cause of this issue and we will post updates as soon as possible. We are very sorry for the repeated issues in our Canix facility, unfortunately there is nothing else we can do, our network and collocation provider has failed to keep the great service they were offering years ago. Rest assured all affected customers will be credited according to our SLA (http://www.speedyrails.com/tos) and we will work hardest than ever to make sure these issues don’t happen again.
