Downtime in Canix facility

CLOSED 2:05PM EST Our network is back up in Canix. We are still testing and making sure everything is working properly. If you have any issue connecting to your server or site please let us know.

1:43PM EST Onsite engineers in the datacenter have detected a failure in one of the main switches and have replaced it. Our network should be back up within few minutes.

1:30PM EST Onsite network staff is working to identify the cause of this issue.

1:14PM EST We are investigating the cause of a downtime in our Canix facility.
