Network Issues in Canix Facility
We are experiencing packet loss in our Canix facility network at this moment. Our engineers are working to identify the cause of this issue and get it fixed as soon as possible.

UPDATE (4:18AM EST): Our network performance is back to normal and there are no more packet loss at this moment
UPDATE (6:10 AM EST): We are experiencing network issues again and our team is working on it. We are going to keep publishing updates as we have more information.
UPDATE (7:25 AM EST): Network performance is back to normal since 7:09 AM. We are still working on this issue and will publish details today.
SOLVED: network performance has been back to normal since 7:09 AM after our network provider successfully blocked a DoS attack that was affecting a segment of our network.
